Cura Resume Print
RepRapFirmware can be configured to allow you to resume a print after loss of power.
Cura resume print. On Curas toolbar at the top click on Extensions. Make sure you have already sliced the print before using the Pause at Height function. The method of recovering a print from Z is easier with a Simplify3D generated g-code.

While there is no specific command to resume a print after pausing with M226 you should most likely be able to use M24 to resume a process that you have halted with M226. Open your Gcode with a text editor remove the start bit where it might prime or do. This only works about 10 of the time in my experience.
Save the g-code file and print it to resume your. A drop-down menu is going to come up. I have paused a few different prints to fix a support that had popped off of the bed and get a pop-up window asking to Pause the print.
